Pianist and composer Chrysa Grenda, a native of Thessaloniki, has performed in recitals and chamber music concerts across Europe, including appearances at prestigious venues such as the Cité de la Musique in Paris, the Barbican Centre in London, Sage Gateshead in Newcastle, and the Birmingham Town Hall. A graduate of the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin, she holds diplomas in piano and composition and earned Second Prize at the “Hanns Eisler” competition for contemporary music.
Her compositions have been featured at the Athens Concert Hall and the Berlin State Opera. As an educator, she has taught at the National Conservatory of Nea Smyrni, the Orpheus Conservatory of Athens, and the University of Macedonia. She has also collaborated with the Music Academy in Corfu and Spetses, the Ticino Musica Festival in Switzerland, and the Opera Studio of the Lefkada Music Week.

Pianist and composer Chrysa Grenda, a native of Thessaloniki, has performed in recitals and chamber music concerts across Greece, as well as in Switzerland, Spain, France, England, and Sweden. She has appeared in prestigious venues such as the Cité de la Musique in Paris, the Barbican Centre in London, Sage Gateshead in Newcastle, and the Birmingham Town Hall. As a composer, her works have been showcased in performances at renowned institutions, including the Athens Concert Hall and the Berlin State Opera.
She completed her piano studies at the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin, after earning diplomas in piano and composition from conservatories in Thessaloniki. Her achievements include being awarded Second Prize at the prestigious "Hanns Eisler" competition for the interpretation of contemporary music.
Chrysa's teaching career spans roles at the National Conservatory of Nea Smyrni and the Orpheus Conservatory of Athens, as well as a faculty position at the Department of Music Science and Art at the University of Macedonia.
